In addition, I have posts explaining “key concepts” for different baking projects, giving you the WHY behind the what and some more context as to why recipes say to add ingredients in a certain order, why a rest period is so needed, or how to manipulate certain techniques to get your desired outcome.
Lastly, I have some free recipes posted for your enjoyment. The bulk of these recipes have a customization element to them, giving you the freedom to experiment and make a baked good unique and to your liking, without the fear of failure since all the techniques are still in place.
